Today I'm having my best friend call me out while fixing what you don't see and updating BAIB space with my family over at Squarespace! Head to to save 10% off your first purchase of a website or domain! To check out more of BAIB or even partake, be sure to click over:
I needed a day to play catch up on life so I had my best friend come over to see what she could call me out on not finishing (stuff you do not see and I intentionally shoot around) while I finished up some other deadlines. After she left, I went through and fixed what I could when I had time off. Although I didn't tackle everything I was called out for, such is life! We'll have to do a part two. Thank you Squarespace for sponsoring this video.

  • Don't come at me bro for how long this is. I know it isn't a build or a makeover but your girl needed to tackle the things you actually don't see in my videos. I wanted to make it a bit of a trio video incorporating the latest with , my new chapter to come and how you shouldn't beat yourself up if you don't get ALL the things done all the time. Tackle it when you can! You got this xx.

    • P.s. if your cutting in paint in little areas and need it straight without taping everything have a plastic putty knife in hand to hold along the walls edge and a damp cloth to whipe the putty kife off so it wont blead paint where you dont want it

  • Rachel, you are looking so much happier from within. I am sure you’ve been going through plenty of things behind the scenes that we don’t know about and maybe you aren’t FEELING like you’re happier and healthier and what have you. Just wanted to tell you I think you are so genuine, I admire you so much, and I can see a warm light shining from within. 💕 Love your videos and watching your journey so much.

  • Ok not to be annoying or anything but don’t u feel like the black in the hallway makes the space feel so much smaller? It’s already a narrow space, and having the black on the ceiling brings down the height so much more and makes it feel a bit closing in imo

  • I’m praying you answer this. I painted my stairs a mate black (floor paint) and added a bit of grit. The previous owner had glossy paint and I found myself constantly slipping. ( why I went with the matte black. My question is now. What can I use to seal it without me slipping and breaking my neck. I find everything sticks to. Pain to clean (kids) and it’s just looks to dull and flat for my liking. Love your work

  • I was really concerned about watching this video because I thought your friend would be scolding you! I appreciated what she did in terms of putting blue tape on everything so that you could see without her going this here and this here and that there. Maybe think of painting as something that you do that makes the place look great and you never have to do it again, unlike dishes that you have to do every damn day.

  • I really like this video. There are tons of unfinished stuff like this in my house, too, so I can totally relate! And the sad part is that it takes a lot of time for an amateur like me to fix since I don’t really have that much spare time 😭 Love seeing your hair down and also this outfit, you are very very pretty 🥰

    NivimarNivimar3 months ago
  • i don't blame you, trim is the WORST. it takes so much more time than one would think, with mitered corners, all the measurements are different, filling, caulking, painting, ugh. it makes a huge difference, but you gotta be in the mood to deal with all of it.

Right now I only have few subscribers but it's okay, it would grow as time goes by.
